We offer Free shipping to UK Mainland addresses, if your address is outside UK Mainland you be contacted to pay an additional fee, we will try to avoid this where possible. Orders outside of the UK are currently not possible to fufill. 

We aim to ship all items with 3 to 5 business days. If you haven't recieved your item within 7 business days then please contact us via sales@itsallaboutpetlovers.co.uk stating your order reference number and we will look to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
