Product Description

We only use carefully selected substrates from around the world from sustainable, renewable sources that are then heat treated and sanitized.


Some of the substrates will work wonders for pets that dig and burrow, while other substrates are just for walking on.


Reptiles are found in typically three types of habitats around the world; desert, rainforest, and semi-aquatic and whichever type of reptile, Pettex has the ideal substrate available.


Tortoise Bedding A moisture retaining substrate made from natural bark.

Ideal for rain forest or tropical living species requiring a high humidity environment, prefect for moisture retention. Heat-treated to eradicate micro organisms for a safer environment.

Suitable for all snakes, tropical reptiles, invertebrates and amphibians.

We offer Free shipping to UK Mainland addresses, if your address is outside UK Mainland you be contacted to pay an additional fee, we will try to avoid this where possible. Orders outside of the UK are currently not possible to fufill.
